Notice: We recently converted to new software system. If you received a tax bill prior to January 1, 2021 the bill was printed on our prior system and does not reflect the property ID number. For personal property, the property ID in Citizen Self Service would be the account number on your bill with 99 in added to the front, or 990 if your account number is 5 digits (you’ll need a total of 8 digits). For example, if the account number on your bill is 123456 you would use 99123456 for the property ID. If the account number on your bill is 12345, you would use 99012345 for the property ID.
